Lindsay Parton

COSTA MESA, CA—The 6th Annual SPIRE Awards, hosted by CREW Orange County, celebrated and rewarded excellence in Orange County commercial real estate Wednesday evening. The gala drew 370 attendees, including GlobeSt.com, to the Samueli Theater here, and featured a reception hour followed by a 40-minute presentation.

Ten-X SVP Eric Paulsen served as the delightfully entertaining MC for the presentation, which began with a keynote address from Lindsay Parton, president of DJM Capital Partners Inc. Parton spoke about why it is vital to create unique and memorable experiences for retail customers who are becoming more and more used to online shopping and showed a brief video highlighting some of the retailers in each of these projects.
