NEW YORK CITY—The long-awaited Nobu Downtown is set to open this month at L&L Holding Co.'s downtown office tower, 195 Broadway. Located between Fulton and Dey Streets, the new 12,500-square-foot restaurant includes a 4,500 square-foot street-level bar and lounge, dramatic subterranean dining and a private sake table. Nobu is the first retailer to open in the 50,000-square-foot lobby following a $50 million retail redevelopment. L&L has created three commercial spaces, each separated by 40-foot tall glass partitions and a galleria pass-through connecting the stores to the streetscape and to the building's tenant lobby. STAMFORD, CT—Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for two Class A office properties in the area here totaling 263,500 square feet. The buildings are located at 187 Danbury Rd. in Wilton, CT and 200 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk, CT. A Cushman team led by executive managing director Stephen Baker and senior director Adam Klimek will represent the landlord, Davis Marcus Partners.

TARRYTOWN, NY—RD Management has acquired a 280,000-square-foot Class A office property here, alongside GHP Office Realty and other private investors, for $30 million. The Tarrytown Corporate Center building, at 660 White Plains Rd., is 85% occupied with more than 30 tenants. Cushman & Wakefield's metropolitan area capital markets group arranged the deal with the seller, RNY Property Trust. The pyramid-shaped office building sits on 11 acres and stands six stories tall.
BOSTON—TH Real Estate has purchased a retail condominium here, at 201 Newbury St., from a private group of Irish investors. NGKF executive managing director Geoffrey Millerd, managing director Justin Smith and associate director Paul Penman of the NGKF capital markets Boston team oversaw the transaction of the flagship retail asset. Totaling 24,712 square feet, the property is 100% leased to six tenants, including Anthropologie, Ted Baker, Dr. Martens, Timberland, Francesca's and Jacadi. The asset is located directly below The Prince, a 36-unit luxury residential condominium property along a key retail corridor.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—Disruptor Beam has leased 30,655 square feet of first class office space at Penn Place, 100 Pennsylvania Ave. here, in a relocation from 161 Worcester Rd., also in this city. The new space on floors 2 and 3 will serve as the gaming company's world headquarters. JLL represented the building owner in the transaction; the leasing team was led by Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman. Greater Boston Commercial Properties' Ben Gatti represented the tenant.
NEW YORK CITY—In more restaurant news here, Winter Properties has signed a lease with modern steakhouse concept Quality Eats to anchor the retail tenancy at 3 E. 28th St., in NoMad. This will be the restaurant's second location and will open in late 2017. RKF vice chairman Ariel Schuster, managing director Jackie Totolo and senior associate Brandon Berger represented Winter Properties in the transaction. SCG Retail's Taryn Brandes represented the tenant. Located between Madison and Fifth Avenues, 3 E. 28th St. is a 12-story mixed-use building that is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation.
