ADDISON, TX—KWA Construction has been ranked 22nd in the National Multifamily Housing Council's Top 25 general contractors list. This is the fifth time KWA Construction has made the list, which gives prominence to the nation's largest multifamily builders based on the number of units started in the previous year. KWA Construction kicked off 2016 with a total of 1,823 units.

DENVER—CRE technology company Apto, announces the launch of a new tool, Apto Commissions. Apto Commissions is a way for commercial real estate brokerages to forecast revenue, report on performance and most importantly, get paid.

HOUSTON—The members of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals recently gathered at the Houston Zoo in support of Great Strides, the largest national fundraising event raising awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

HOUSTON—Peter Stojkovic has been appointed national managing director in Transwestern's healthcare advisory services group to oversee project management and construction services for healthcare projects across the country. Stojkovic, who is based in the Houston headquarters, also will support the company's recruitment and business development initiatives.

AUSTIN, TX—Delwood, a 21-unit multifamily property located at 1400 East 51st St., has sold. J.R. Ellis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a fund manager, was also secured by Ellis.

DALLAS—Lee & Associates has completed a renewal lease transaction for a 29,835-square-foot industrial space at 11501 Hillguard Rd. Brett Lewis, Principal, George Tanghongs, principal, of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, GLP.

FORT WORTH—American Tire Distributors celebrated the grand opening of its 756,000-square-foot Alliance Regional Mixing Center at Alliance Gateway 60, a part of the 18,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use AllianceTexas development created and managed by Hillwood Properties.

FORT WORTH—Clay Mote and Tim Henson of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented specialty grocer Natural Grocers in deals that will bring two new 15,000-square-foot stores to north Fort Worth and Keller in fall 2017.

HOUSTON—Skyline Displays of Houston signed a new 25,070-square-foot industrial lease at 2524 Fairway Park Dr. JLL's Geoff Perrott and Jeff Venghaus represented the tenant in the transaction. David Munson of Boyd Commercial represented the landlord, FR Massachusetts 7 LLC.

NEW CANEY, TX—Storz A Lot, a 208-unit self-storage facility, has sold. Dave Knobler, vice president investments and Logan Miller, associate, in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, brokered the transaction between the seller, a private owner/operator and the buyer, a Houston-based limited liability company.

PASADENA, TX—NAI Partners represented Bart Industries LP in renewing a 30,000-square-foot industrial office-warehouse facility located at 1605-A Genoa Red Bluff. John Ferruzzo and Chris Kugle of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Bart Industries LP, in the negotiations, while Leigh Anne Ahr of Proximity Real Estate represented the tenant, WLSC Incorpo LLC.

ROUND ROCK, TX—Savills Studley's Austin office is holding a groundbreaking ceremony for Mesa Creek, Round Rock's soon-to-be built office building and the new home of performance services regional headquarters. The event will feature a ceremonial groundbreaking photo opportunity, availability for questions to real estate advisors on the upcoming class-A office building and remarks from Round Rock mayor Alan McGraw, performance services president and founder Tim Thoman and Round Rock chamber vice president of economic development Ben White. The event will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. on May 24, 2017.
