HOT SPRINGS, AR—HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 150-guestroom Clarion on the Lake. The buyer was a regional hotel owner/operator. Kevin Hanley, senior vice president in HREC Investment Advisors' Washington DC office and Patrick Culligan, principal in the Memphis office, exclusively represented the seller during the transaction.

HOUSTON—Lee & Associates-Houston has been selected by Aramco Services Company, the US-based subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, to be the exclusive leasing agent of 9009 West Loop South, a 419,260-square-foot office building located in the Bellaire submarket.
