HOUSTON—NAI Partners has hired Melinda Williamson as director of corporate development, Jeff Tomak as director of data analytics and Petra Selever as a property manager.

BEAUMONT, TX—Transwestern has completed the sale of Pindo Pointe, a 164-unit multifamily property at 7390 Pindo Circle. Transwestern represented the seller, Parkdale Pindo LP. Winslow Asset Management LLC purchased the building for an undisclosed price.

CONROE, TX—Belvoir Real Estate Group LLC recently brokered the sale of 12373 Koalstad Rd. for well-known Zions Bank. The industrial property was built in 1997 and totals 21,150 square feet. It is located conveniently near FM 3083. The submarket has had a recent shortage in available inventory. Matthew Goldsby of Belvoir Real Estate Group LLC represented the bank, and Kassie Locke of the Michael O'Neal Group at Keller Williams Realty Northeast represented the buyer, Best Sun Inc., in the transaction.

DALLAS—Devices & Services Co. has purchased an 11,914-square-foot industrial flex building on 0.9 acres at 2835 Virgo Ln. from Thomas Bosworth. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the buyer. Myles Harnden and Brent Bosworth of Landry Commercial Inc. represented the seller.

DALLAS—Five Star Media LLC has leased 7,050 square feet of warehouse space at 2450 Irving Blvd. from DEB Assets Ltd. Brock Wilson, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, Joe Santaularia, first vice president, and Clayton Hughes, associate, represented the tenant. Jean Russo of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the landlord.

DALLAS—HDC Toys Inc., dba Learning Express Toys of Dallas, has leased 2,706 square feet of retail space at 4500 Lovers Ln. from Pence Management LLC. Leigh Richter, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

DALLAS—Alternate Systems LLC has leased 1,887 square feet of office space in Bent Tree Gardens, 17440 Dallas Pkwy. from Auk Bent Tree Partners LLC. Nate Newman, senior associate, and Michael Williams, associate, in Marcus & Millichap's The Woodlands office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Joe Linkogle, first vice president investments, and Jonathan Janiec, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Long Beach office. McDonald's is located at 102 Highway 3 South.

RICHARDSON, TX—Right Now Ministries International has sold a 16,800-square-foot office building on 1.3 acres at 3304 Essex Dr. to ABRE Holdings LLC. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the seller. Jagdish Godhwani of Beam Real Estate represented the buyer.

SAN ANTONIO—Stream Realty Partners and McCombs Properties, the real estate arm of McCombs Enterprises, recently broke ground on a speculative 179,655-square-foot class-A warehouse development in Northeast San Antonio. The project, Gateway10 Business Park building one, is located on Interstate 10 E in Northeast San Antonio near Foster Road and is scheduled for completion in June 2018.
