ARVADA, CO—Transwestern's Denver office brokered the sale of two multifamily properties totaling 148 units. Transwestern senior vice president Tom Wanberg and vice president John Blackshire represented the seller in both transactions. 29th Street Management LLC sold Village West Apartments, a 58-unit apartment complex at 12155 W. 58th Place, to Warm Springs Holdings LLC for more than $10.82 million.
AUSTIN, TX—ARA, A Newmark Company announces the off-market sale of Eastside Station, a new 330-unit mid-rise that offered a luxury urban-infill opportunity in one of the country's top tech hubs, East Austin. Vice chairman Pat Jones represented the seller, Flournoy Development, a Columbus, GA-based real estate developer. Atlanta-based Pollack Shores, a real estate investment group focused on multifamily communities in the Southeast and Southwest, purchased Eastside Station for an undisclosed price.
CARROLLTON, TX—CBRE announces that 9Round, a fast-growing 30-minute kickboxing fitness studio, has signed a lease for 1,200 square feet at 1517 W. Hebron Pkwy. in the Victory Shops II at Hebron retail center.
DALLAS—ISNetworld renewed its 68,263-square-foot lease at One McKinney Plaza, 3232 McKinney Ave. in Uptown. It was represented by Craig Wilson, Randy Cooper, Dan Harris and Wills Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Gaedeke Group, was represented in-house by Elliot Prieur of Gaedeke Group.
DALLAS—Gardner Haas PLLC leased 6,959 square feet in Saint Ann Court at 2501 N. Harwood. The firm was represented by Mike Wyatt and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Harwood International, was represented in-house by Kelly Whaley.

FORT COLLINS, CO—Hunt Mortgage Group provided a Freddie Mac tax exempt loan to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of an affordable multifamily property. The total loan amount was $18.2 million. Village on Shields Apartments is comprised of 24 two- and three-story garden-style apartment buildings with a total of 285 units. The property was developed during the 1990's under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The property also has a separate leasing/management office building that contains one unit reserved for employee use. The borrower is Village on Shields LLLP, a Colorado Limited Liability Limited Partnership backed by Housing Catalyst (aka Housing Authority of the city of Fort Collins).
