IRVINE, CA—Brandon Rohe has joined Kidder Mathews' Orange County office as a vice president and he will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout Southern California. Rohe has been in the commercial real estate industry for over seven years. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Lincoln Property Company in Orange County.
SAN RAMON, CA—Meridian has hired Linda Shoemaker Haskins as Vice President of Asset Management. She will lead Meridian's Asset Management team and oversee management of Meridian's properties in Northern California. In her new position, Haskins will be responsible for cultivating the Asset Management team by providing mentorship and coaching; and ensuring effective execution of the business plan for Meridian's assets, which includes leasing velocity, operational efficiencies, financial performance and metrics tracking. Also, Haskins will oversee capital and tenant improvements and ensure that they are on budget and on schedule, and provide support and corroboration relating to debt/capital markets, purchases and dispositions.
SURPRISE, AZ—Christopher Todd Communities has opened the leasing office at the company's first innovative single-family luxury rental home community, at the southwest corner of Greenway and Litchfield Roads in Surprise, AZ. This gated community features 136 one- and two-bedroom single-family, single-story homes for rent. Smart home technology, doggy doors, private backyards and high ceilings come with every home. Base rents begin at $1,050 per month. The community offers the privacy of single-family homes combined with professionally managed, maintenance-free living.

LOS ANGELES—The Village at Toluca Lake, a two building, 146 unit non-rent control apartment complex located at 211 and 235 N. Valley Street in Burbank, California has traded hands between Cusumano Real Estate Group and Essex Property Trust Inc. for $59 million. Michael Koshet, Off Market Multifamily Specialist at KW Commercial, represented the buyer and seller in the transaction. The asset is ideally located on the border of Burbank and Toluca Lake. Burbank is one of the most active cities for renters currently with the rebranding of the Hollywood Burbank Airport and new studio lots being developed.
IRVINE, CA—Xponential Fitness has signed a new 26,273-square-foot office lease at Intersect, a four building, 430,000-square-foot Class-A office campus located on five acres at 17877 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine, California. Xponential Fitness will utilize the space for its corporate headquarters. JLL Orange County's Matt Christensen and Scott Wetzel represented Xponential Fitness in the lease. The landlord, Hines and PIMCO, was represented by JLL's Wade Clark and Joe Bevan.
