DALLAS—NAI Robert Lynn recently hired commercial real estate industry veteran Kelli Delozier, certified property manager, accredited commercial manager, as partner of the property management division. Delozier will oversee business development. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Delozier specializes in property management and asset management for commercial properties and owner association management.

FRISCO, TX—Hollyhock, a 600 home master-planned community, invites the public to come out on April 21, 2018, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. to “Get Your Frisco On.” Featuring local restaurants, artisans and merchants, as well as a band and lawn games for the whole family to enjoy. The event is free to attend, but guests must check in at Fields House, Hollyhock's amenity center, to receive food and drink tickets.

ARLINGTON, TX—Doskocil Manufacturing Company Inc. renewed its lease for 51,808 square feet of industrial space at 600 109th St. Transwestern principal John Brewer represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction.

ARLINGTON, TX—Rowan Properties announces the exclusive listing of the Regency Apartments, a 70-unit value-add apartment community. Completed in 1967, the property is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 602 to 1,036 square feet per unit. The property is situated at the northwest corner of State Highway 360 and Park Row Drive. Offers are due today.

ARLINGTON, TX—The Kerr Industries facility, a 50,000-square-foot industrial property at 1101 N. Great Southwest Pkwy., was sold to Concord Capital Partners. Transwestern senior vice president Steve Rowland represented the seller, DCT Industrial, in the transaction. Carter Fournier and Benton Rutledge of Westway Realty represented the buyer.

BEDFORD, TX—A local investment partnership purchased Oak Creek, a 464-unit community at 1611 Oak Creek Ln. in Bedford, and Oakland Hills, consisting of 332 units at 807 The Heights Dr. in Fort Worth. Transwestern's team of Taylor Snoddy, Philip Wiegand and James Roberts negotiated the transactions on behalf of the seller, Madera Residential.

BEDFORD, TX—An investment partnership purchased Linbrook Apartments, an 86-unit community at 531 Bedford Rd. Transwestern managing director Taylor Snoddy and vice presidents Philip Wiegand and James Roberts represented the seller, Brigelle Bedford Holdings ETAL, in the transaction.

DALLAS—A West Coast partnership purchased Ivanhoe Apartments, a 197-unit community at 8900 Park Ln. Transwestern managing director Taylor Snoddy and vice presidents Philip Wiegand and James Roberts represented the seller in the transaction.

DUNCANVILLE, TX—Candlelight Park, a 128-unit community at 1407 Acton Ave., was purchased by a private investor for an undisclosed amount. Transwestern managing director Taylor Snoddy and vice presidents Philip Wiegand and James Roberts represented the seller in the transaction.

FORT WORTH—WestBend will welcome luxury beauty retailer Bluemercury to the property, which has recently opened several new retail and office tenants, adding to the growing roster of new-to-Fort Worth concepts now open at the University district mixed-use development.

FORT WORTH—An investment partnership purchased Hulen Park Place, a 100-unit community at 3602 Eldridge St. Transwestern's team of Taylor Snoddy, Philip Wiegand and James Roberts negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller.

KILLEEN, TX—The Woodmont Company has completed a 27,587-square-foot lease with Crunch Fitness at Wendland Plaza, a 205,224-square-foot shopping center located at 901 S. Fort Hood St. Crunch Fitness is schedule to open by the fourth quarter of 2018.

IRVING, TX—United Capital has extended and expanded its lease for 38,844 square feet of office space at 125 at Water Street, 125 E. John Carpenter Fwy. Transwestern principals Matt Hurlbut and Nathan Durham represented the landlord, KBS Capital Advisors, in the transaction. Jeff Price of Price Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

PLANO, TX—Grandstream Networks Inc. has extended and expanded its lease to 5,503 square feet of office space at Plano Corporate Center West, 2301 W. Plano Pkwy. Transwestern principal David Besserer represented the tenant in the transaction.

SOUTHLAKE, TX—JLL has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Tower Medical Plaza, located at 925 East Southlake Blvd. by Tower Road Real Estate LLC. Located in one of the fastest-growing and affluent areas of the metroplex, Tower Medical Plaza is one of the newest class-A multi-tenant medical office buildings in the region. The 44,889-square-foot medical office facility is adjacent to Southlake Town Center. JLL Vice presidents Ryan H. Dale and Ruth Griggs are leading the marketing and leasing efforts for the property.

THE COLONY, TX—Oceus has extended its lease for 15,574 square feet of office space at Cascades at The Colony, 5916 Stone Creek Dr. Transwestern principals Joe Whitmer and Nathan Durham, and senior associate Emily Rankin represented the landlord, Cascades by Windsor LLC, in the transaction. Steve Thelen and Scott Hage of JLL represented the tenant.

WICHITA FALLAS, TX—Private investors purchased LaDonna Place, an apartment community with 124 units at 2612 Southwest Pkwy. Transwestern managing director Taylor Snoddy and vice presidents Philip Wiegand and James Roberts represented the seller, The Medve Group Inc.
