LOS ANGELES-The eatery takes 8,000-sf at the five-story office complex. Scheduled to open in the next several months, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will be one of two anchor restaurants at The Atrium.

SANTA ANA, CA-The escrow title company signs a $1.4-million lease for 14,256-sf of office space in Santa Ana's Nexus Garden Plaza. The two-story building is now 100% occupied.

BUENA PARK, CA-The snack maker seals a 10-year lease with Denver-based ProLogis Trust for distribution space at its Buena Park industrial complex. Nabisco will move operations from three Southland distribution facilities into the Brea warehouse.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The theater operator, which declared bankruptcy in August 2000, awards Jones Lang with a two-year contract to manage its real estate portfolio. The decision to outsource is part of a recovery plan to improve the profitability of the company's operations.

LOS ANGELES-The studio lighting firm acquires the 34,000-sf industrial building from a Long Beach-based development company. It is the third industrial deal reported in the area this week.

CYPRESS, CA-Aerospace giant Boeing Co. secures 112,000 sf in a lease that industry sources say is valued at nearly $3.4 million. By month's end, three operations in Long Beach and Huntington Beach will be consolidated into the Valley View Street location.

IRVINE, CA-Locally based private equity fund, the Bascom Group, adds to its Inland Empire portfolio with the acquisition of Arrow Meadows Apartments, a 114-unit complex in Rancho Cucamonga. About $1 million in upgrades are coming.
