The opening of the New Jersey India Center kicked off the governor's seven-day, six-city economic mission trip to India. Governor Murphy is the first governor in New Jersey history to visit India on official business.

Locally-based developer Bijou Properties and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. of Boston, who previously teamed up for the development and successful lease-up of Vine at 900 Monroe Street, recently announced the marketing campaign for 7 Seventy House, which also includes approximately 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Demand for the oceanfront homes has remained strong throughout construction, and closings are now underway, DDG reports.

Giralda Place is 94% leased to seven tenants and includes WeWork's first location in Coral Gables. Other tenants at the property include HSBC Bank, Dr. Smood, Rukus Cycling, and Seaside National Bank.

Cboe, one of the world's largest exchange holding companies, also plans to build a new trading floor and office space at 141 W. Jackson Blvd. totaling another 40,000 square feet and have operations begin there in 2021.

The deals announced by brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap, involved properties in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and totaled $25.9 million.

The deal for the 5,245-square-foot building, marks Maywood Physical Therapy's third New Jersey location (Maywood and Emerson).

The significant leasing activity comes amid an ongoing capital campaign at the two-building 600,000-square-foot office complex at 201/301 Route 17 North in Rutherford.
