SAN JOSE, CA—The Plant shopping center has been sold to a division of Cole Real Estate Investments for $205 million. The seller is WPV San Jose LLC, an entity of Vornado Realty Trust.
FORT WORTH—CBRE has completed the sale of Alliance Commerce Center 14 located. The property is situated on a 5-acre site and contains 72,772 square feet, 100% of which are currently leased.
