The property was originally built by James E. Hanson, NAI Hanson's founder. The real estate company relocated its own headquarters there after renovating the building last year.
Elekes implemented strategies and procedures that have enhanced the company's property management efforts, says Joe Correia, executive vice president of Petrucci.
