The property was originally built by James E. Hanson, NAI Hanson's founder. The real estate company relocated its own headquarters there after renovating the building last year.

Elekes implemented strategies and procedures that have enhanced the company's property management efforts, says Joe Correia, executive vice president of Petrucci.

The BP Lubricants USA building is fully occupied by BP's premium brand, Castrol Oil, which uses the property as its corporate headquarters.

The 94,500 square foot property is situated at the foot of Willow Grove Mall, a three-story, 1.2 million square foot enclosed mall.
