The 55-story tower, the tallest in the Southeast, recently underwent a $10 million renovation to the building's West Wing that delivered an array of premier amenities.
Jeffrey J. Milanaik of Bridge Development, NJ DEP Commissioner Catherine McCabe, and NAIOP NJ CEO Michael McGuinness were among speakers addressing the changes.
The expansion area will be incorporated into the current Special Improvement District, making MSBA's services available to the more than 30 businesses located within the new area.
The project, dubbed SouthLawn, will add more than 600 residences, more than 15,000 square feet of retail space and a town green near the historic downtown.
