Mack-Cali is also partnering with ride-sharing service Uber to give tenants of 581 Main Street $10 toward rides to and from the complex during commuting hours.

The overall Atlanta shopping center vacancy rate dropped to almost half in over five years, from 9.9 percent at the end of the first-quarter 2013 to 5.7 percent at the end of first-quarter 2018, says NKF Research.
The sale included 166 of 179 units from the seller, six units from third parties and an agreement for the seller to construct an additional 63 units on the property for the purchaser.
