The alliance with JLL will contribute to Glenpointe's continued growth as a leading multi-faceted property, says Ryan Sanzari, chief operating officer of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

" Because Atlanta still has a lot of room for growth, from a population standpoint, I believe the sales will catch up over time as more people move to the area, but I don't believe the retailers can sustain this current trajectory as it relates to rental rate increases," says Franklin Street managing director Monetha Cobb.

The facility's surroundings feature a strong demographic profile for storage with a high amount of renter-occupied housing units in the flourishing Augusta market.

Around 40 percent of the office space removed from inventory was in the Parsippany submarket.

“There is a lending void in specific segments of commercial real estate, especially those under $5 million in size,” says Ben Easterlin V, senior vice president of commercial lending at Angel Oak, and managing director of the new commercial lending arm.
