ORLANDO-SunTrust Bank, as trustee, sold the 65-acre tract at 3701 Young Pine Road, Orlando, for $925,000 or 33 cents per sf. The sale marks the last parcel of 975 acres the trustee has sold over the last 20 years, all brokered by Trevor W. Hall Jr., senior vice president, Colliers Arnold Orlando.
ORLANDO-The Herndon, VA-based developer is investing $7.35 million into the 28-year-old, 85,000-sf, 87%-leased property one block from Interstate 4 and Lee Road in suburban Winter Park, FL. Denver-based Alliance Commercial Partners is the seller.
