MIAMI-The Tamarac, FL-based global distributor of aircraft materials, has contracted with Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Miller Construction Co. to build an expandable $3 million, 58,400-sf distribution and company headquarters complex in the Tamarac Commerce Park, 25 miles north of Downtown Miami.
ORLANDO-The 10-year contract brings the 17-year-old, 19-story, 700,000-sf Two Prudential Plaza in Downtown to 100% occupancy. The deal took eight months to do because the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was scouting other sites.
ORLANDO-The Columbus, OH-based lender has closed a $17 million bundled loan for the 238-room Hilton Tampa Westshore in Tampa, FL and a $1.3 million mezzanine loan for the 119-room Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville, FL.
ORLANDO-The locally based developer is expected to pay landowner Bonnet Creek Venture Ltd. at least $300,000 per acre ($6.89 per sf) or a total $13.8 million in a deal expected to close Oct. 1. The parties signed the contract yesterday.
