MIAMI-Equity Trust Group sold the 13-year-old, 216,128-sf, 80%-leased Uptown Downtown Outlet Center at Palm Beach County's busiest intersection to Sunrise, FL-based Jefferson Square Inc. for $6.5 million. The property has 149,484 rentable sf and is 70 miles north of Downtown Miami.
