ORLANDO-New York-based Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Rida Development Corp. of Houston are joint venturing the 1,204-acre enterprise that will take 10 years to complete. Based on acreage, the project will be Florida's second largest resort destination next to the 30,000-acre Walt Disney World empire in Orange and Osceola counties.

ORLAND0-The six-story Millenia Lake 1 structure is going up at the 400-acre mixed-use Millenia venture in southwest Orlando at an estimated hard construction cost of $30 million. Completion is scheduled for August 2001.
ORLANDO-Although net absorption is up and vacancies are down, this 92 million-sf entral Florida sector lacks sufficient distribution and warehouse space to accommodate demand by the small user, according to Grubb & Ellis Co. The result is a flurry of build-to-suit activity.
CLERMONT, FL-The 150-acre campus, 25 miles west of Downtown Orlando, will house the main 40,000-sf activity building and the new headquarters for USA Triathlon Inc. That organization is relocating here from Colorado Springs, CO.
