ARLINGTON, VA-Plans for a new mixed-use property featuring 625,000 sf of office space move forward with the establishment of a joint venture involving the JBG Cos., Trizec Properties Inc. and CIM Group. In addition to office space, the development, Waterview, will feature retail space, as well as a hotel and residential units.
