FREDERICK, MD-Riverside Technology Park gets two new tenants as Lesco Inc. and Commercial Marketing Associates take on 5,500 sf and 5,000 sf, respectively. The companies will occupy two different structures within the 500,000-sf park.

ARLINGTON, VA-Rosslyn Gateway makes a portfolio jump from Trizec Office Properties Inc. to the JBG Cos. For JBG, the deal marks a re-acquisition, as the company had owned the two-building, 253,000-sf office complex before handing it over to Trizec in 1998.
CHESAPEAKE, VA-Expansion is in the air here as Hudd Distribution Services Inc., a logistics support provider, expands its distribution facility from 225,000 sf to 305,000 sf. The project is expected to reach completion by the end of this July.
COLUMBIA, MD-The Hearing and Speech Agency's new $7-million headquarters gets underway. Developer and contractor Manekin LLC expects to complete the two-story 47,000-sf facility, which will be in the Seton Business Park, later this fall.
