MCLEAN, VA-More than 500 employees of consulting firm BoozAllenHamilton will move into the company's newest headquarters office building, the 125,600-sf EJ Randolph II. Equity Office Properties Trust developed the six-story structure for about $35.7 million and will lease the property to BoozAllen.
WASHINGTON, DC-American Realty Advisors sells 1100 17th Street--a 138,500-sf, class B structure in the city's CBD--to Northridge Capital in a $30 million deal. American Realty acquired the 12-story, 30-year-old structure a little more than two years ago for $28.5 million.

WASHINGTON, DC-MeriStar Hotels & Resorts assigns the leases of 47 hotels, owned by Winston Hotels, to a Winston subsidiary for $17 million. MeriStar will continue to manage 39 of the hotels and will use the funds to reduce its senior secured credit facility.
MCLEAN, VA-Through the issuance of Triple Net Lease Mortgage Notes by its subsidiary CARS Loan Servicer, Capital Automotive REIT completes a $325-million securitization package. Capital plans to use the proceeds to fund future acquisitions and pay down short-term credit facilities.
