BETHESDA, MD-Hotel real estate company Crestline Capital Corp. will become part of Palma de Mallorca, Spain-based Barcelo Hotels and Resorts in a $601.8-million acquisition. Executives from both organizations expect the deal to close by June 30. The new company is to be called Barcello Crestline.

ARLINGTON, VA-The Arlington County Board approves Crescent Resources' planned 654,000-sf office and retail building, 1 Potomac Yard. The $100-million project is the first facet of Crescent's proposed 300-acre mixed-use community on property that was once used for railroad tracks.
