ROCKVILLE, MD-Science and engineering services provider Dynamac Corp. consolidates two office locations into a single 14,300-sf leased space at 2275 Research Blvd. The 15-year-old, 147,300-sf office building is one of three structures that form the 439,000-sf Research Office Center off Interstate 270.
BALTIMORE-Amstar Group subsidiary Amstar/Pratt Street purchases the 317,000-sf office property at 1 East Pratt St. in a $20.7-million transaction.
