PORTLAND-The independent provider of data and technology to the automotive sales industry has occupied the Lloyd District building since November 1999 through a sublease with the Port of Portland. The firm will occupy 16,000 sf on the 15th floor of the building.

CLACKAMAS, OR-The Portland-based real estate merchant banking and development advisory firm acquires a fully-leased warehouse/manufacturing business center with 120,000 sf of warehouse space and 40,707 sf of office space that is fully leased by Cornell Pump Company and USF Reddaway.
PORTLAND-The owner and developer of office and flex-industrial space closes on $4.375 million in refinancing for its 33,847-sf Durham Office Center, which is 100% occupied. The 10-year loan was done at a 75% loan-to-value ratio.
PORTLAND-The city, which signed a 10-year master lease for the seven-story Old Town building, began paying $96,270 per month in rent in August 2001. The building's 50,000 rsf are now 22% occupied, reportedly at annual full-service rents in the mid-to-high teens per sf.
PORTLAND-The Portland Development Commission, the city's urban renewal and housing agency, will pay Portland State University $5 million for ownership of two blocks of property near the school for a mixed-use redevelopment project. PSU will put the money toward a $50-million Northwest Center for Engineering, Science and Technology.
