TIGARD, OR-The 124,000-sf center is on a site large enough to fit an expansion of about 20,000 sf or so, says Mark New of New & Neville, who with partner Steve Neville brokered both sides of the transaction.
PORTLAND-The lease for the 19,000-sf operation in the basement of the Governor Hotel is transferring from former owners Jeff Marlow and Lee Morris to new owners Jeff Turner, Greg Diamond and Myron Nelson. It is now Nelson's Nautilus Plus.

PORTLAND, OR-The locally based outdoor apparel company currently owns and operates some 649,000 sf of contiguous space here in the Rivergate industrial district. The expansion will make the publicly traded company's facilities the largest distribution center in the district.
