LAS COLINAS, TX-Chicago-based Transwestern is assuming leasing duties for MacArthur Plaza, the second Las Colinas office tower contract that has been secured in recent weeks. Within 90 days, the 185,000-sf MacArthur Plaza will have more tenants.

DALLAS-Sterling Media Capital Group's board chairman is taking over the CEO's role in a shuffle that puts the current CEO into the presidency's chair. Paul A. Nussbaum is replacing Dwight Pierce, who is now the president. Pierce will retain his board seat with the change.

DALLAS-Insignia/ESG's Mall Division, based in Dallas, has beefed up its leasing portfolio by more than 1.4-million sf, adding urban regional malls in Ogden, UT and Niagara Falls, NY. Insignia's William Morris will oversee the listings.
