The company, which started in a back yard, has simply outgrown its 3,000-sf building in Ft. Worth. The move will enable a doubling of the workforce.
DALLAS-Amresco Capital Trust shareholders have approved the company's liquidation and dissolution under terms of a plan that has the blessing of its board of trust managers. The company's first liquidating distribution payment is 30 cents per share, payable Oct. 19 to shareholders of record Oct. 6.
