MESA, AZ-A trio of investors has sold its 19,200-sf retail center at the corner of Broadway and Dobson roads in Mesa. A Tempe-based investor puts up about $1.5 million or in excess of $75.50 per sf for the 96%-occupied holding.

PINETOP/LAKESIDE, AZ-Phoenix-based AMP Real Estate has paid $1.6 million to a California investment group for a 48-unit apartment complex in the rural community of Pinetop/Lakeside. The buy is the Apple Tree Apartments along W. Jackson Lane.

GLENDALE, AZ-Edu-Vision, a division of the College of Allied Health, has leased 20,000 sf in a growing educational hub in the West Valley. The tenant will set up classrooms in Glendale's Brookwood Commerce Center.
