PHOENIX-Beall Trailers of Arizona is setting up a maintenance operation in a 19,400-sf building in the Freeport Commerce Center. Both sides of the deal are structured by Grubb & Ellis Co. brokers in Phoenix.
PHOENIX-This year's takeover of Del Webb makes surplus property of a grandiose, three-building office complex. The 125,340-sf corporate center carries a $19.8-million ticket, but it was built at a time when no expense was spared on design and materials.

TEMPE, AZ-A 21,600-sf office-warehouse is under new ownership in a $1.7-million deal between Dahill Imaging Systems and LGE Corp., a real estate investment company in Phoenix. Dahill will use 14,700 sf for its operations and lease the balance.
PHOENIX-The Douglas Allred Co. has secured $11.4 million in financing for an industrial facility in the Southbank Business Park. Manulife Financial provided the loan in a deal structured by Houston-based L.J. Melody & Co.'s Phoenix office.
PHOENIX-A $1.5-million sale of a 57,300-sf retail site puts an end to Reliable Furniture, which has hawked the last of three locations. Easy Telecommunications acquires the store for investment purposes, eyeing an indoor swap meet or eatery as possible uses.
