LANSING, MI-The governor is seeking help from the state's mayors to make more Michigan cities "cool," in an effort to stem the tide of young adults leaving the state.
YPSILANTI, MI-The automotive firm wants to build a new 130,000-sf headquarters and 7.4-acre parking lot on the corner of Huron Street and Interstate 94. Bosal would move its 36 employees from an Ann Arbor location and would create 350 jobs, including 200 manufacturing positions.
PHOENIX-The Delfina Amarillas pays $120,000 for a 1,570-sf office building on a half-acre lot at 5701 N. Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix. In Eloy, Picacho Trading Post moves into a 50,943-sf building on 15.6 acres.
DETROIT-A new restaurant will be developed atop the Renaissance Center on the 71st and 72nd floors. Coach Insignia will open in spring 2004 as part of the Riverfront Shops, a collection of stores restaurants and services.
SEDONA, AZ-The 75-suite resort is considered the "10th jewel" in the Hyatt Vacation Ownership portfolio. The 64 two-bedroom suites and 11 one-bedroom units have views of the Sedona Red Rocks and neighbor 30,000 sf of upscale shopping.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI-The redevelopment plan is moving forward in this Detroit suburb which calls to demolish two buildings and construct a three-story warehouse to be used for self-storage.
PHOENIX-The resort owner will pay a dividend of 10 cents, marking the third consecutive payout. The dividend is payable Oct. 10 to qualified shareholders. The last earnings report reflected income of $1.5 million.
