WARREN, MI-A Macomb County-based bank says it plans to double its number of branches at the start of 2005. Warren Bank broke ground this week on a new bank branch on 22 Mile Road and Romeo Plank in Macomb Township and on 19 Mile Road and Dequindre in Sterling Heights.

JACKSON, MI-The 15-year-old, 238,127-sf office complex in Jackson cost $18 million to build. The listing price was $7.9 million before Dawn Food Products picked up the property at 333 Sargent Rd. in Leoni Township.

DETROIT-A dozen investors are interested in a possible casino sale in Detroit, an MGM Mirage spokesman says. MGM Mirage Inc.'s $7.9-billion acquisition of Mandalay Resort Group Inc. means the MGM Casino or MotorCity Casino must be sold.
