SAN DIEGO-San Diego County Credit Union has sold a building for nearly $8 million. After vacating the building, the credit union sold the 51,261-sf property to R.E. Hill Properties and Quartz Mountain Properties.
SAN DIEGO-Continuing the hot investment market concerning office property, the 63,261-sf office park changed hands. The two-building, three-story property, which was constructed in 1984, was 97% leased at the time of sale.
SAN DIEGO-The partners will pursue condo conversions throughout the Western US. The new venture, to be known as ColRich Residential LLC, will rely on the more than $175 million capital already pooled by Resmark, to fund its future projects.
SAN DIEGO-The locally based company joins forces with Apartment Realty Advisors in a new entity called ARA/Pacific. The new venture will provide ARA with 11 offices nationwide, including new locations in San Diego and Las Vegas and will give Burnham a national platform for its multifamily division.
SAN DIEGO-The West Bernardo Corporate Center has been sold for $10 million, while 12230 World Trade Dr., in the Carmel Mountain Rancho area of the city, fetches $9.8 million.
