MIAMI-The transfer of Gregory Rumpel from New Zealand signals a move on the part of the firm's hotel investment banking service to increase its activity in South Florida, company officials say. Rumpel is a former senior consultant for Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Services Group in Australia.
