MIAMI-More space is coming on the market and rents are rising, according to a new third-quarter study by Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc.

MIAMI-FX Properties has acquired two sorting/distribution facilities from FX Properties Ltd. for $3.6 million, or about $60 per sf. Although buyer and seller are locally based, they are not affiliated.
