PHOENIX-The firm of Parker and Thompson settle on 3,740 sf in a mid-term lease for a Phoenix office building at 141 E. Palm Lane. In Scottsdale, Larson Engineering takes 3,029 sf in the Scottsdale Financial Center.
PHOENIX-A 25,455-sf building in Tempe sells for about $1.2 million in a transfer from Bank of America to a local investor. Meanwhile, Dexter Distributing takes 38,650 sf in Tempe while Systems Integration Plus grabs 7,133 sf in Scottsdale.
TUCSON-The 52-unit Tucson East Apartments at 8490 E. Old Spanish Trail brings in $2.1 million for a local seller while the 12-unit Villa Pacifica at 4207 N. 27th St. in Phoenix ropes $535,000 for its San Francisco seller.
