Easterly Government Properties acquired the 138,000-square foot office from Highwood Properties.

The deal expands Boston Properties' footprint in the Seattle market

This is the REIT's sixth hotel in South Florida.

"We believe the latest offer, virtually unchanged from its prior proposals, is insufficient," the REIT said.
