SAN DIEGO-Bella Via Associates LLC wraps up construction on its $9-million project in the Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Encompassing 74,000 sf, the project consists of 42 condo units; 3,700 sf of retail space; and an underground parking garage.

EL CAJON, CA-The buyer plans to convert the apartment asset, which stands at 1165 Decker St., into a condo property. Encompassing 14,544 sf, the complex houses a total of 19 units.

ESCONDIDO, CA-The locally based company will shell out $100.5 million for the convenience stores, according to a definitive agreement that the firm has signed with seller Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.
