BREA, CA-A June ground-breaking is scheduled for the $35-million Voit Brea Business Park. The developers say it will be the largest speculative industrial park to rise in Orange County in several years.

LA VERNE, CA-Jacksonville-based Stein Mart Inc. signs 10-year lease valued at $3.3 million for 35,000 sf at a local shopping center that was recently acquired by Wohl Investment Co.

SANTA ANA, CA-The 80,000-sf building was sold to property owner I.C. Myers Properties Inc. Melmarc, a silk screen printer, will occupy the entire facility, which stands at 4040 Carriage Dr.
