ENCINITAS, CA-Pacific Property Co. acquires the 120-unit multifamily complex with plans to rehab the asset. Located just 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, the property stands at 924 Encinitas Blvd.

SAN DIEGO-The new multifamily building, known as Villa Harvey Mandel, is gearing up for a grand opening celebration tomorrow. The $9-million project, which broke ground in March 2002, contains a total of 90 below-market units.
