LA JOLLA, CA-Union Fidelity Mortgage Inc. and Adamson Brothers sign on for a total of 14,398 sf combined. The two tenants will occupy the entire third floor of the five-story building, which is located at 7979 Ivanhoe Ave. Downtown.
