SAN DIEGO-Pacifica Real Estate Group acquires Investcorp's shares in the San Diego hotel Sommerset Suites, as well as the Holiday Inn Express San Luis Obispo. A partnership between Investcorp and Pacifica originally purchased the hotels in May 1999 and January 1998, respectively.
