SAN DIEGO-According to new research, the North County industrial market experienced negative net absorption of 854,749 sf in the last quarter of 2002. The decline comes after a year of positive net absorption and declining vacancy.

CARLSBAD, CA-Borrower 6350 Yarrow Dr. Ltd. uses the financing to acquire Palomar Airport Business Park, a 44,706-sf complex located in Carlsbad. The property, which dates back to 1985, was 100% leased at the time of sale.
