SEATTLE- The locally-based coffee company plans to construct a third North American roasting facility in Carson City, NV. The facility will be used mainly to supply markets in the Southwestern United States.
SEATTLE-The new store at Harbor Steps replaces a Harley-Davidson store located for the past six-and-a-half years at the corner of Fourth and Stewart Streets in downtown Seattle. Both operations are run by Downtown Harley-Davidson Buell, a family-owned, independent dealership.
SEATTLE-San Antonio-based Tesoro says most of the gas stations are in Washington. About 80% of the stations also have convenience stores on the property, and all will be converted to the Tesoro brand.
BELLEVUE, WA-Another local architecture firm, Ferrari Design Group, has merged into MulvannyG2 Architecture, now the third-largest architecture firm in the Pacific Northwest. The five-man Ferrari Design firm is run by Mulvanny G2 CEO Jerry Lee's college roommate, Lynn Takeuchi.
SEATTLE-Clothing retailer Nordstrom Inc. says same-store sales in October fell 5% from the same month last year. Slicing it the same way, the warehouse store chain Costco Wholesale Corp. of Issaquah says it experienced a 6%.
