BOYNTON BEACH, FL-The North Wilkesboro, NC-based home improvement chain has broken ground on an estimated 150,000-sf, $9 million super-center on a 15-acre site in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, about 60 miles north of Downtown Miami. The site is across the street from an existing two-building Home Depot location. A spring opening is planned.

BOCA RATON, FL-If they are all built, this south Palm Beach County city's downtown area would gain three mixed-use developments totaling 347,350 sf and 459 apartment units. The estimated hard cost construction value of the apartments alone is $70 million.
