LAS VEGAS-Developer Sheldon Gordon and others are charging Simon Property Group with racketeering in a $1-billion lawsuit against the mall owner. Gordon, who sold his stake in the mall last year, charges that Simon skimmed profits and mismanaged the mall. Simon says the allegations are "baseless."
NEW HYDE PARK, NY-Investment advisor DRA Advisors and Kimco Realty Corp. are buying Price Legacy's open-air portfolio for $696 million. The 40 properties are mostly in Arizona, California and Florida.
