AUSTIN-Equator Technologies Inc. is considering expansion of its Austin design center and Campbell, CA headquarters. The upsizing plan results from a $40-million funding that is expected to hit $50 million before fourth-round capital raising ends.

AUSTIN-Cirrus Logic is joining the tenant lineup at the Terrace Business Park, but holding onto its space near Bergstrom International Airport. The firm has signed for 190,000 sf for a new corporate headquarters.

AUSTIN-SiteStuff.com's first property hero awardee is a Trammell Crow Co. building technician in Tulsa, OK. The honor has been given for the technician's assistance to a tenant who collapsed and fell into a diabetic coma at the Triad One building.
