CLEAR LAKE, TX-Raytheon has signed a 94,472-sf renewal for its lead spot at 2224 Bay Area Blvd. in Clear Lake. The signing keeps the 117,987-sf building's name intact for the Lexington, MA-based.

HOUSTON-Clay Development and Construction has found a buyer for a 20,000-sf office-warehouse at 5101 Tacoma. With the buy, New Haven Moving Equipment will be relocating from Fairway Park.
