PHOENIX-After waiting more than a year to secure a site, city officials finally close on a 3.9-acre tract near the corner of 67th Street and Lower Buckeye Road. Eastbourne Investments Ltd., carving the site from an eight-acre tract, gets $1.2 million for the land.
CHANDLER, AZ-Mark-Taylor will break ground in August on a 220-unit complex along North Arizona Avenue. The 13-acre development, ticketed to rise near two corporate campuses, will deliver in late spring 2006.
