MINNEAPOLIS-United Properties' mid-year market report concludes that vacancy rates at regional malls are up to 3.9%. Despite the rising vacancy, rental rates have held steady, according to the report.

ROCHESTER, MN-The retailer will convert the 91,400-sf store in Apache Mall in Rochester, MN to a Carson Pirie Scott store while the 148,900-sf Bay Park Square store in Ashwaubenon, WS will become a Younkers outlot.
